The Board of the Firearm Licensing Authority currently consists of five (5) persons. They are Colonel (Ret’d) Audley Carter (Chairman); Hon. Mr. Glenmore Hinds; The Hon. Mr. Justice (Ret'd) Glen Brown; Mrs. Genefa Hibbert; Mrs. Renee Rickhi.

In accordance with the Firearms Act Part V, Section 26A.1 the board of the Firearm Licensing Authority shall consist of a person who has retired from the post of Director of Public Prosecutions or Senior Civil Servant, a retired Judge of the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court, a retired Police Officer (not below the rank of Senior Superintendent at the time of retirement) and two other persons who the Minister is satisfied are of high integrity and able to exercise sound judgment in fulfilling their responsibilities under the Firearms Act.

The Firearm Licensing Authority Review Board has three (3) members who report directly to the Ministry of National Security. The current members of the Firearm Licensing Authority Review Board are The Hon. Mr. Justice (Ret'd) Seymour Panton, OJ, CD, Chairman of the Review Panel; Mr. Michael Smith and Mrs. Ann Marie Feurtado- Richards.

In accordance with the Firearms Act Part V, Section 37A.1, the Firearm Licensing Authority  Review Board shall consist of a person who has retired from the post of Director of Public Prosecutions or Senior Civil Servant, a retired Judge of the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court, a retired Police Officer (not below the rank of Senior Superintendent at the time of retirement) and two other persons who the Minister is satisfied are of high integrity and able to exercise sound judgment in fulfilling their responsibilities under the Firearms Act.
